Refund and Returns Policy

At MOHIKAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please read our return policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15  days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Personalized Products are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our support team at mohikajay@gmail.com.
  2. Pack the Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging along with the invoice.
  3. Ship the Return: Use a trackable shipping service and send it to our return address: 24 Forest View Dr, Cumberland, RI, 02864
  4. Processing Time: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the refund/exchange within 15-30 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15-30  business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days with photos, and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. To exchange an item, please contact us at mohikajay@gmail.com. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) for hygiene reasons
